Robyn Driedger-Klassen
Robyn Driedger-Klassen is a soprano and vocal coach dedicated to helping singers unlock their true voices through technique, interpretation, and mental work. With extensive experience in Contemporary Classical Music, she has performed hundreds of recitals, concerts, and operas, often collaborating with composers to premiere new works. Specializing in opera, German Lied, French mélodie, and English song repertoire, Robyn delights in helping singers bring a modern interpretation to classic pieces, blending tradition with individuality. Her deep appreciation for collaboration has led to lasting artistic partnerships, particularly with pianists.
As a teacher, Robyn draws from her studies in Vocal Pedagogy with Dr. Shannon Coates to empower students to take control of their vocal development. She encourages independence in her students, guiding them to make their own artistic decisions. Robyn is also passionate about fostering creativity beyond music, finding inspiration in her garden and through her commitment to reading 75 books a year. Through her work, she strives to nurture a sense of agency, curiosity, and collaboration in every student she encounters.

Project Goals
After deciding to leave an academic position, Robyn needed a website to bring her independent voice studio to the world and help replace her previous income. She hadn’t had a website previously and was ready to get support and strategy from the beginning.
She was ready for a website that:
communicated her skills, niche, value, and offerings
established her leadership and showcased her unique gifts and passion
created a clear pathway for clients to find and work with her
Colors & Fonts
The Intuition phase of the Brandbodiment™ process led us to colors and fonts reminiscent of Robyn’s beloved gardens.
Warm, yet soft colors establish quiet authority with sophistication and a touch of femininity, representing Robyn’s expertise in her niche of contemporary classical singing.
The fonts of Magnolia by Elivinova and Modernline by Ef Studio echo the feminine elegance of the colors while Adobe Garamond by Robert Slimbach lends easy readability to the core text of the site and a sense of professionalism and high-value with the serifs.
Logo and Visuals
The primary logo is sophisticated yet nurturing, just like Robyn and her teaching. The all caps name lends authority while the script and peony incorporate her deeply caring and compassionate nature and a nod to a beloved memory. I
The brand mark is a clean line drawing of a peony, which speaks to Robyn’s love of gardening, her beloved grandmother, and her commitment to helping each student’s voice blossom with its own artistry, timbre, and uniqueness.

The brand personality that emerged during the Illumination phase was welcoming, safe, connected, and in-flow, which guided the direction for all the visual assets.
Using her color scheme and beautiful watercolor floral imagery, I created visual flow throughout the website that speaks to her mission of cultivating imaginative singing with warmth and sophistication. The result is a cohesive blend that evokes the garden of sound Robyn fosters throughout her life.
The Website
The website came together in the Integration phase of the Brandbodiment™ process and Robyn stepped into her embodied identity of voice studio owner. She provided the copy, and I used it and the visual assets to create a clean, effective website that gives her prospective clients a clear map to studying voice with her and is optimized for local SEO so that her in-person voice studio can grow with the help of search engines. By aligning it all with Robyn’s essence, it serves as a beacon to those who are seeking the unique wisdom she has to share, lighting up her business with ideal students.

Robyn felt immediately excited to spread the word with a website that she knew represented her from the inside-out. In the months following the launch, Robyn was able to use the site to help create a seamless transition to self-employment, resulting in a full studio with a waitlist in less than a year!
