Not the habitual, often-criticized reflection that stares back at you as you brush your teeth, but the reflection that glimmers through your eyes and dances in the recesses of your heart.  The fullest expression of you who has accomplished living and growing and learning and changing the world for as many years as you've been alive.

It means honoring and savoring each step you've achieved - each certificate or training or degree or presentation or recital or creation - whether acknowledged by the outside world as 'successful' or not - and celebrating it all!  Yes - you did this!!!

Because you can't write a new story until you've completed the one before.  Because your inner child is hungry for the very validation that only you can provide.  Because the way forward will be strewn with cravings and patterns of the past until they are fully seen and held.

Just like a kid will keep asking for candy if they're never allowed to have any, but if you let them indulge once in a while and truly enjoy themselves, they'll get their fill and likely be content with only a piece or two from now on.

They fulfilled the craving by receiving it, and it abated.
